Senior Recruiter

Role: Responsible for effective recruitment of tech and non-tech talents on defined territories and areas of business. Delivers recruitment plans in collaboration with all internal stakeholders in order to secure continuous talent supply and extraordinary candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Senior Management to make strategic recruitment direction, including the development of recruiting plan, process and metrics.
  • Responsible for the implementation of recruitment processes on defined territory, managing the overall recruiting initiative and direct sourcing with the successful recruitment of various types and levels of tech and non-tech positions.
  • Responsible for driving the recruiting process by identifying, interviewing and facilitating the hiring of technical employees who are culture and role fit with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile and team environment.
  • Providing recruitment services to multiple teams dedicated to various clients with a strong focus on planning and execution of recruitment in accordance with current and future business needs.
  • In collaboration with senior management and HTEC Head of Talent acquisition, analyses future recruitment needs, prioritizes open positions, creates action plans and executes plans to fill the vacancies on time and with the best talents.
  • Reports recruitment goals for defined territory regarding quantity and quality of hires, monthly and quarterly plans delivery and local recruitment initiatives.
  • Actively participates in HTEC Group talent attraction initiatives, internships and partnerships with Universities on a defined territory.
