HTEC Group are working with a leading Insurance client to support their Underwriting transformation.
The Program Manager role at HTEC Group entails overseeing and managing diverse programs and projects at an organizational level within a significant London market insurance client account. This role ensures alignment with company goals and objectives, focusing on developing, implementing, and managing program strategies that meet client expectations, program timelines, KPIs, and budgetary constraints within the London insurance market. The individual will lead multiple teams strategically, guiding HTEC Group towards long-term growth and fostering strong client relationships.
You will need extensive London Market Underwriting experience to be considered for this role.

Core requirement 

  • Understanding the end-to-end underwriting and claims process.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to drive the delivery within the change function.
  • Experience scaling up Project Management and Business Analysis function.
  • Previously managed budgets of 20million+


  • Executed project management roles on intricate Business & Technology Transformation Programs for Underwriting clients, aiding them in achieving their business, technology, strategic, and operational objectives.
  • Demonstrated strong experience in leading project teams with minimal supervision.
  • Highly skilled in utilizing planning tools and proficient in implementing and managing financial control frameworks.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the UK London market business, products, and lifecycles.
  • Fostered and developed trusted advisor relationships with project stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Created innovative strategic solutions to address clients' business challenges and developed detailed execution roadmaps for implementation.
  • Exhibited a strong drive for results and accountability to meet business needs.
