Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect to design and drive scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure solutions across complex environments. 

In this role, you will own the architecture of cloud-native, on-prem, and edge infrastructure, ensuring consistency, automation, and regulatory alignment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define standards, guide implementation, and enable reliable delivery in a highly regulated environment. 

This is a senior, high-impact position where you will shape infrastructure strategy while staying closely connected to engineering execution. 

 

What you will do

  • Define and evolve infrastructure architecture across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments  

  • Design CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies, and deployment automation at the architectural level 

  • Lead and review Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations across different environments  

  • Establish standards for secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure

  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with SOC 2, FedRAMP, and regulatory requirements  

  • Guide engineering teams by translating architecture into practical and reusable solutions

  • Ensure infrastructure supports high availability, resilience, and operational excellence

 

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps, with at least 3 years in an architect role  

  • Proven experience designing and owning end-to-end infrastructure architectures

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with US-based clients  

  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a strong plus 

  • Fluent English 

 

Technical expertise

  • Cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, or multi-cloud environments  

  • Kubernetes and containerization at an architectural level  

  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or equivalent, including module ownership  

  • CI/CD architecture and automation patterns  

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem) or edge deployments  

  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries  

  • Exposure to compliance standards such as SOC 2, HITRUST, or FedRAMP
