Director of Business Growth

HTEC Group is searching for a Director of Business Growth  to join our global sales team in US. Director of Business Growth is responsible for developing and securing a pipeline of new opportunities at existing accounts and establishing new relationships in unpenetrated business units or departments of our existing accounts.   

  

Qualifications:  

  • 10+ years of experience preferred  
  • Strong technology and consulting acumen with the ability to positively translate into business value  
  • Strong customer value orientation - you want your clients to succeed with their objectives  
  • The expertise to sell premium, not commoditized, services    
  • Leadership skills and ability to train and coach team members to help them realize their best potential 
  • Demonstrable track record of generating TCV (Total Contract Value) deals in excess of $10M-50M  
  • Comfortability and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders at the business and technology level, using a consultative selling approach to maximize the customer outcomes  
  • An entrepreneurial drive that ensures you will be able to rally other HTEC colleagues around necessary activities and be willing to "get your hands dirty" with artifact creation

  • Closing TCV that would an drive $4M of new revenue contribution annually 
  • Leading pursuits focusing on account expansion beyond current footprint  
  • Tech and delivery diversification within the deals sold  
  • Introduction of new capabilities and services  
  • Relationship building; including quantity, quality and level  
  • Deal stewardship  
  • Non-sales team interactions  
  • Expanding HTEC Brand and Market Positioning
